changing interface languages in SignPuddle 1.5

Val,

yeah I know about it.. It depends on the interface of the first SignPuddle
you open...
but if you eg. go to SignPuddle via flags on the main page.. there is USA
interface then. I like it is possible to change language interface then.. ..
if it is not difficult to do that.
This i because it is not clear to set interface in the url..
