export from signpuddle

Hi Val,

in SignPuddle, there is possibility to export signs into XML - and we use
this format for transfer signs from SignPuddle to own project database.
There is possibility to export the whole database (all signs) or choose
"begining" of the exported sings - I dont know how this work, but it would
be very useful for us to have possibility choosing sings over filter (at
least like searching signs) and then export this choosen signs.
