diagonal forward etc arrows

Hi,

can anyone tell me what are differences between this two arrows? (see
attachment).
I know the meaning of the arrows in the first column (arrows 1,2), but
I don't see any difference between arrows 1 and 3, 2 and 4.
It gives me the same directions.
