I like this idea, Adam -

What about, for simplicity, we got rid of the five fingers for the  
Heel of the Hand, just for everyday use in the last position?...See my  
attached... although I know the fingers remain curved and spread,  
maybe that information is not so necessary, since we don't want them  
to think that you are sitting on the fingers anyway...this looks more  
like sitting on the wrist area end of the hand...
