Signwriting Documents - another program?

Bill,
I was hoping to release a beta, but I might just go ahead and
release an alpha so I can get more feed back earlier on in the
development progress. Right now it won't run on Linux. I am still
thinking of releasing it for Linux, but it depends how complex it
becomes to port it to Linux. I have noticed that the Mono project to
port Windows .NET programs to Linux is maturing well.
Which flavor of Linux do you use/recommend?
