The one place I would use surface symbols is for things under and over an object, as sometimes that is unclear.

First, I am happy to explain the Surface Symbols, and I will do that next message, but first, I must tell you, I rarely use them ...I do not write with the Surface Symbols, unless it is for research. For everyday use, they are not used.

How would I write this? I would write it like this:
