Seeking speaker of BSL

I don't know BSL, these two were the signs that were given, which is straight off the two-handed alphabet.  I am not fluent in BSL and don't have access to BSL tapes.

Hi Charles:
yep, that looks like the handshape I saw for the more-casual term
"Mum" (as well as a variation where the same handshape taps your head
at the right temple). Thank you for putting it into Puddle!
Will "Mother" be getting into Puddle too? Or is that one up to me/others?
