I see it as a merger of two signs, Ear + Close so Ear has its own contact point, then Close has its own contact point.  I always put the head in when there is contact with it as close as possible to the beginning of the sign for location.  I'd do the same thing for "not my responsibility".  You tap the shoulder, so it's hand + contact + shoulder then + brush off.  It literally is sequential.

The SignSpelling Sequence is not automatically generated.

Maybe the sequence should have 2 contacts.
