SignWriting Course June-July 2010

Lesson 9:
9. Faire un don
http://www.pisourd.ch/index.php?theme=1011

Dear Dali, Stefan and everyone -
I have now written sentence 9, and it is in the ASL Literature Puddle:

Val's Writing
http://www.signbank.org/SignPuddle1.5/searchword.php?ui=1&sgn=5&sid=747

I am now preparing a lesson based on our three writings. The lesson will be posted on the web later tonight. ALL three writings are correct. They are three different ways to analyze and look at the same movement, and I will discuss our three choices for everything in the lesson on the web. SignWriting is a flexible writing system and writers can choose to write different aspects of the same movement, depending on the reason for the document and the perspective from the writer.

Val ;-)
