Customize Individual signs in SVG

Hi Steve and everyone,

    I did download the Ssrc SVG Plugin.  The Customize Sign in SVG is still 
black.  For many years, I have been using the Microsoft Word 2003. The font 
color is working..But, the Sign Color and the Background Color in SVG are 
not working.
