Hello Jonathan!

Thank you for your new software, SignWriter Studio!

I will download it and test it, and I hope others will too.

SignWriter Studio is designed for Windows, and is a desktop program that can export and import to and from SignPuddle. Thank you, Jonathan, for your hard work…

SignWriter Studio incorporates some new software designs which I really like, one of which, is 8 palm facings instead of 6. This is Jonathan Duncan's design, and I really like the way Jonathan has designed finding symbols. There is no grid of 96 symbols visible to the user…instead you make certain choices and the symbol you want appears…

SignWriting has at least four computer programs in use now:

SignPuddle 2
DELEGS Editor
SW-Edit
and now SignWriter Studio...

and I understand that in Italy, another new program is being developed as well…

And the older programs, such as SignWriter DOS, SignWriter Java and SignBank are also still available to us...I hope to update and post an improved SignBank this summer -

If anyone knows of other software for SignWriting, please tell us -
