Hi James, Ingvild and everyone,
James: Thank you very much for sending me the attached math verbal sample.
A Deafian told me that she was happy to get it. As for me, this spring, at
the University of Ottawa, I will teach a course called: The development of
literacy and deafness: reading. Altough I’m not familiar with the Spanish
language nor the Nicaraguan Sign Language, I would like to purschase your
textbooks. Why? Because, among other things,I will talk about the
Linguistic interdependance and the Language development in bilingual
children. Would you please send me the ISBN numbers of your textbooks?
This way, the University of Ottawa should be able to order them.
Otherwise, I would be happy to pay myself for the cost of the printed
textbook and the cost of shipping. If you are a current professor of
Linguistics at the University of Southern Maine, and if you have textbook
files, would you be so kind as to share them on Dropbox ?
If the 3 options above do not suit you,I won’t get upset.
Ingvild: Thank you so much for your comments. I am curious: do you have a
math verbal sample from Norvery SignPdulle? If so, would you give me a
term or a title or a link about it on Dictionary SignPuddle or Literature
SignPuddle? I will print it and give it to the Deafian teacher.
