<DIV></DIV>>actually... none of the french speaking part of Switzerland's school
<DIV></DIV>>for the deaf (Geneva /Lausanne / Fribourg) use SW in their class.
<DIV></DIV>>Siv Fosshaug, does use SW in her class in Basel ... it's the first
<DIV></DIV>>bilingual class in the german part of Switzerland!!! Siv is also the
<DIV></DIV>>person with whom I did introduce SW here... we organised the first
<DIV></DIV>>workshop in spetember last year....
<DIV></DIV>>The workshop was for the deaf sign language teachers and for sign
<DIV></DIV>>language interpreters.... before that we had a one day introduction
<DIV></DIV>>course into Fribourg's school of the deaf... but everything is quite
<DIV></DIV>>new... professionnals get use to using SW... but are not quite ready
<DIV></DIV>>to introduce it with the kids!!
