<DIV class=RTE>(for Shane) here is lovely Kathleen ;) I agree with you that native signs should not just be changed because it is signed that way in another country. If I talk about 'Ireland' I use the Flemish word 'Ierland' and not the Irish 'Eire'. It is ofcourse very enriching to know both, your own native sign + the sign of the country itself :o)</DIV>

<DIV class=RTE>Now for the teachers among you, Sara and I took the Goldilocks story from the website and changed the ASL to VGT. Then we told the story to the children and made a summary of possible activities with different age groups. We now post this on the SW-list. Maybe some of you can use some of our ideas in your own classroom ;)</DIV>

<DIV class=RTE>Ps: I have made an appointment to check out the course for NGT teacher in Utrecht, Holland. I will also be looking at the Linguistic training in Amsterdam. Do any of you have more information on training for these things in other countries?</DIV>
