really shown in the sign as the difference seems to be well within the scope of

movement was vertically downward it would mean "snow" but this would also
normally involve some fluttering of the fingers. Snow seems to vary a bit with
speed of execution as well as inflections to suggest the type of snowfall. The
hands might move a little from side to side as they move down, the fingers might
flutter but only gently. That's how it seems to me anyway.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
