Originally, all signs in SignPuddle were transparent. This was causing
problems for users. Signs would show up as all black because some
programs incorrectly handle transparency.<br>
<br>
If you want versions of the signs with transparency set, use the
Dictionary Editors screen and press the Customize button. On the new
screen, check the Transparent background button and then copy the
sign. However, this doesn't work for Graphic Only images.<br>

Why there are some signs transparent and others (almost all) are not
transparent in SignPuddle? ;)<br>

Is it possible to have all of them transparent? I am trying to prepare

for SW and I use SignPuddle as the source
of signs. And I mind the white background.<br>
