Hello Kathleen,

at the moment, I mostly use SignEdit. The signs that already are on the SignPuddle BE-Fr page are from Bruno Sonnemans, a deaf colleague who was present at the conference this summer at Kasterlinden. He and Thierry, another deaf colleague, are at the moment collecting data and the dictionary already includes more than 600 signs. Nevertheless, as they are only at the beginning and not so sure whether the transcriptions are correct, they also use SignEdit at the moment. I know they are impressed by the Flemish Signpuddle and borrowing signs from there too.

But I do not know whether SignEdit and SignPuddle are compatible...

I'll ask them.

Thanks for your help.

Hello Damien,

while waiting for news from my colleagues about a first meeting I thought I'd inform you about the website of Valerie Sutton. I don't know if you know about it or use it already...

http://signbank.org/signpuddle/sgn-BE-fr

If you look at this link you'll see there are already some sings in there: I don't know who made them :s If you have any questions on how to use Signpuddle please ask ;) And if there are signs which are the same in Flemish Sign Language you can save a lot of work and copy them from the Flemish Signpuddle ;)

So if you have any questions, please ask ;)
