There should be a "search by handshape" feature in the email feature of Sign Puddle so that one could search and plop into an email with no gloss without having to retype a sign all the time if it isn't "direction dependent". Unfortunately ASL and all other signed languages that I know of have "locatives" which will require multiple lanes.
