<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">It means the same as numbers 1 and 2,
about as in 'regards to'...  BOOK IT <u>ABOUT</u> BIRDS   I learned
it originally in central coast area California in ~1982, and have since
seen it all over--  well, in VA, OH, and GA, if that counts as "all
over"...  I actually see that more than 1 and 2, and its what
I tend to use.</font>
