Anny has been translating the SignPuddle user interface. She has most
of it done. You can now use SignPuddle in French.<br>

You can do the translation yourself using SignPuddle. It's a little
confusing, so I'll explain.<br>

There are 2 puddles for sgn-CH-fr. <br>
<br>
The sgn-CH-fr dictionary puddle with signs from SignPuddle 1.0:<br>

Before you can edit the entries in your UI puddle, you'll need to
register for that puddle. Open the sgn-CH-fr user interface puddle and
click on the Register link on the bottom left, or use this link<br>

After you register and log on, you'll be able to edit the entires.
You'll need to translate all of the entries in the dictionary. Check

To translate SignPuddle, just use the SignPuddle interface on your UI
puddle. The user interface will automatically reflect the changes that
you make. It's fun!<br>

One special note... The UI puddles contain graphics for some of the
buttons. The larger buttons used on the left of the screen can be
removed without a problem: SignPuddle will use the sign and the first
term to create a button. However, the smaller icons used in SignMaker,
SignText, and Symbol Search are not as forgiving. SignPuddle will try
to create smaller icons but they won't look very nice. It would be
best to keep the original smaller icons until you've created
replacements of the same size.<br>

uses Unicode, so all languages are fair game.<span
