I just used the cheap webcam that I can and a program on my PC called Windows Movie Maker (which came with my computer when I bought it). It wasn't the best quality because I have a cheap webcam and poor lighting. But I warned you that it would be.

I will have to try it out on my computer, but I am sure that I will be able to find it out really easy. I just have never tried it before. (I am forwarning that it will probably be a quick and dirty was as that is usually what I get when I play with thing. :-P).
