<font face="Arial" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">This sign was very hard to write in a small space - it is two Y-hands, effectively crossing each other while the upper one (the dominant) is touching down on the lower (the passive) twice. The touch is below (closer to the wrist) than thefingers. It means *how*. I tried having the lower hand palm facing inward, but then I did get the fingers all jubleb up, so I stuck with this simplified writing for an icon.
