My first thought is that it's theoretically possible to have this
rotation happen diagonally up, and diagonally to the inside and it
seems that the symbols you drew pretty much cover variations. Isn't it
possible to use existing symbols in SignPuddle and rotate them to those
positions?<br>

Just as traveling rotations can travel at diagonals, the static
non-traveling rotations could also have the forearm at diagonals...the
symbols would be consistent with each other, and we would have added
choices for signs like PLAY in ASL...
