He may need "pee" and "shit". The French language (and I have noticed, Portuguese, are much less body shy than English. ASL has signs for both and uses them freely. I noticed in Brazilian grammar schools that showing cartoons for hygiene was much less prudish than American English. "Toilet" doesn't cover all the shades of meaning he needs.
