Hello Andr<font face="Times New Roman" size="3">é,<br><br>You read the
diagram that you attached correctly. The left hand would move
up-back-down-forward and the right would move up-forward-back-down. I
don't know about you, but I have a very hard time doing that. Ha! So to make it so that the arrows follow how I move my hands when I sign BIKE, I would rotate the left arrow so that it would read down-back-up-forward. I hope that this help you.
