The bottom line is approximately $7,000 not counting housing which includes food functions and all meeting room needs. The cost for 75 comes out to a meeting room cost of $95/person, so it is likely our costs will run around $120-$150 per person to ensure covering printing, advertising, and conference materials (not counting interpreters). Hotel room costs run between $159 and $189 /night based on double occupancy depending on the season.
