It seems odd that the index, middle, and thumb are on the right side of the hand, but on the left side of the symbol. The reason is by following the "every sign has a center rule" and this being a right hand, the fingers curve to the center (or to the left). I guess the only other way would be to have the fingers on the right side of the symbol curving to the left, but it look very odd to see that. ;-)</div><div><br></div><div>Adam</div><div><br><div><div>On Nov 30, 2008, at 4:25 PM, Stefan Wöhrmann wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><blockquote type="cite"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0; "><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; ">Just a question about 01-03-011-01 </span></font><strong><b><font size="4" color="#990000" face="Arial"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(153, 0, 0); ">IndexMiddleThumb Cup<o:p></o:p></span></font></b></strong></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><strong><b><font size="4" color="#990000" face="Arial"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(153, 0, 0); "><o:p> </o:p></span></font></b></strong></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; ">I cannot understand your interpretation of the palm facing the signer but thumb, index and middlefinger on the left side ...<o:p></o:p></span></font></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; "><o:p> </o:p></span></font></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; ">Just interested ..<o:p></o:p></span></font></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; "><o:p> </o:p></span></font></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; ">Stefan ;-)</span></font></div></span></blockquote></div><br></div></body></html>
