Hello Honza!
But your SignText is the separate standalone one using the ISWA, right?

If you use SignPuddle Online, there are new features now that make it possible for you to copy signs from a SignText document into SignPuddle as single dictionary entries...I believe that is the feature you want. There is also new software, called the PersonalPuddle and/or PocketPuddle, which also includes that feature now...I am still working on the documentation and hope to have it ready in the next week or so...

Meanwhile, the standalone downloadable SignText, that uses the ISWA, has not been updated to include those new features...isn't that right, Steve?

Val ;-)
Is you copy of SignText offline using the IMWA or the ISWA? Easy way to tell the difference is to look at the SymbolGroups on the Symbol Palette. There are 50 groups in the IMWA. There are 30 groups in the ISWA.
