Hello Jonita,

My work around for this is to think in ASL and continually add the signs I want into a dictionary. Then, though this sacrifices lanes, one can create a document using the Translate figure to approximate the sentence in Pidgin and choose between the various signs that come up until you have at least a draft of your document. We do need a feature to copy any sign from a dictionary into a sign text document, I agree, but this is my work-around.

That, to me, is the best use of the "translate" feature. Its pidgin, but it at least gets down a rough and ready translation.

Charles

--- On Mon, 7/6/09, Valerie Sutton <sutton@signwriting.org> wrote:

From: Valerie Sutton
