Well, as it is written, I would break my arm trying to rotate it around clockwise. :-) Now that you mentioned it being like the ASL sign for "when", I wonder if the movement is really a wrist circle. I could see this sign being "pregnancy", sort of like showing the "bump" on the classifier of a woman.
