Please see my screen capture attached. There are several ways to write Tilted Heads and they needed to be grouped together. The one that you asked about, which includes the Shoulder Line and a tilted line for the Nose Direction, is an older symbol used more for DanceWriting. In SignWriting today, most people write using some of the other symbols for Tilted Heads, so grouping the Tilted Head symbols all together has been helpful to see all the choices. See attached…</div>
<div><br></div><div>Regarding the symbol that shows the Nose Direction straight forward…that specific symbol doesn’t exist in the ISWA 2010 because that is the “default” position and does not have to be written - we “assume” that the head is straight and looking straight forward unless “otherwise written”…. So in SignWriting that one is not needed. You could construct it however, in SignPuddle, if for some reason you need it for Movement Writing...</div>
