1. First, write to Adam Frost here on the SignWriting List, or to his email address:</div><div><br></div><div><a href="mailto:frost@signwriting.org" target="_blank">frost@signwriting.org</a></div><div><br></div><div>to find out which presentations on which videos need a written word transcript. </div>
<div><br></div><div>It is important not to double up if the work has already been done…</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>2. Once you decide with Adam which presentations you will transcribe, write the word transcription in an email or a text file and send it to Adam, or to the SW List...</div>
<div><br></div><div>3. Then Adam can place the captions based on your transcript.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>and we need both Portuguese and English transcripts, and an Arabic transcript of Wafa’s presentation from Tunisia - whatever the language spoken, it needs to be transcribed…</div>
<div><br></div><div>Once we have the Portuguese transcript, we will need to hire our Portuguese interpreter here to translate that into English, unless there is someone here who wishes to volunteer that translation job too? So I am hoping to have captions available in both Portuguese and English for the Brazilian presentations - and also for the Arabic presentation - have captions in both Arabic and English -</div>
