<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;" class="">That’s a tricky question for ASL. HA!<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Generally speaking, ASL users just fingerspell truck rather than use a sign for it. There are some lexicalized changes that occur from people to people, but I would probably just stick to the traditional fingerspelling of it.</div><div class=""><img apple-inline="yes" id="B672208D-537B-49F8-A117-C3242C1C6D81" width="84" height="30" src="cid:17F52E34-28CE-4647-B984-D25E48A52D52" class=""></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">There is a sign that has fallen out if use because of its association with SEE (signed exact English). That is what this sign is:</div><div class=""><img apple-inline="yes" id="BEA4189A-10AE-405B-889C-A5C7BAC2870C" width="62" height="73" src="cid:B722D465-A15C-433D-BE8D-6650313788B0" class=""></div><div class="">Although, I would probably write it like this instead:</div><div class=""><img apple-inline="yes" id="1B9D9FAA-30CC-41B5-9501-0FDCCCA36CBB" width="53" height="44" src="cid:A2CA2411-371D-47F1-8D96-598C2C7D75FA" class=""></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">This sign is actually the sign for DRIVE that some ASL users will use to talk generically about a driving truck, or even referring to a truck specifically (although I think the palm facing should have a break, which differs from how this is written):</div><div class=""><img apple-inline="yes" id="8C15E6C5-B4C0-47DC-AE97-AC9B5760C9DF" width="101" height="47" src="cid:B738D18D-8897-49E5-957B-5D1CA2CF6B79" class=""></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The last sign in Puddle isn’t familiar to me either. I’m not sure what sign is being attempted.</div><div class=""><img apple-inline="yes" id="A7AE8142-F7E3-4C0F-9B57-2523F82069E7" width="60" height="46" src="cid:E4D41585-F019-40C1-B843-A4110F3420A8" class=""></div><div class="">Might be a regional sign that I’m not aware of, as there are a few regional signs for TRUCK out there as well. :-)</div><div class=""><br class=""><div class="">
