I have no idea about the technical limitations of Duolingo, but I really like it as a user and it is very well-known. I just had a little go at learning Arabic on Duolingo and it starts with teaching you the alphabet. In a similar way it could start teaching you how SignWriting works and next use SignWriting to teach you the actual sign language (like ASL).

Have a nice day!

Suzanne

On Wed, May 24, 2023 at 1:06 PM Jonathan Duncan <joyoduncan@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi All,

I would like you input brainstorming, what app for SignWriting
could I write that would make people feel good about themselves. Before
I've focused more on what I thought would be useful, or what I wanted to
have myself for SignWriting. But now I want to explore abit more on the
emotional side of things. I could be people in the Deaf community,
their family, friends, employers or any other group of people related to
SignWriting.

Please send me all of your crazy ideas too.
Thanks
