Wie gut diese Services gelingen, hängt davon ab, wie konsequent sie vom Erleben und den Bedürfnissen der Nutzenden her gedacht und gestaltet werden. Genau diese nutzendenzentrierte Perspektive gewinnt im Bibliothekswesen an Bedeutung, auch wenn die praktische Erfahrung damit vielerorts noch wächst.</div><div><br></div><div>Diesem Thema widmet sich das geplante Schwerpunktheft von Bibliothek.Forschung und Praxis aus zwei sich ergänzenden Blickwinkeln. User Experience (UX) richtet den Blick darauf, wie Nutzende einzelne Angebote konkret erleben, und stützt sich auf Benutzungsforschung sowie partizipative, nutzendenzentrierte Entwicklungsansätze. An die UX-Perspektive schließt das Service Design an: Es richtet den Blick darauf, wie die einzelnen Kontaktpunkte und die Abläufe dahinter zu einem stimmigen Service zusammenwirken, und stützt sich auf Methoden wie Journey Mapping, Service Blueprinting und co-kreative Gestaltung.</div><div><br></div><div>Wir laden Sie ein, beide Perspektiven mit uns auszuloten: Willkommen sind Forschungsergebnisse ebenso wie Berichte aus der Praxis – erste Schritte, gelungene wie misslungene Versuche, Erkenntnisse aus konkreten Vorhaben und kurze Reflexionen zum Thema.</div><div><br></div><div>Besonders willkommen sind Beiträge zu folgenden Themenbereichen:</div><div>** User Experience (UX), und Service Experience<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Service Design als ganzheitlicher Blick auf das Dienstleistungsangebot einer Bibliothek</div><div>** Methoden der Benutzungsforschung und des Service Designs</div><div>** Gemeinsames Entwickeln von Services mit Nutzenden und Mitarbeitenden (Co-Creation, Nutzendenbeteiligung, Partizipation)<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span></div><div>** Evaluation und Testing von Services und digitalen Anwendungen </div><div>** Barriereabbau, Inklusion und Diversity in der Servicegestaltung </div><div>** Organisatorische und strategische Verankerung von UX-Prozessen oder Service Design (sichtbare Services und Abläufe dahinter).</div><div><br></div><div>Das Thema ist vielfältig, deshalb freuen wir uns über unterschiedliche Formate: Der Beitrag kann ein Fachartikel, ein Essay oder ein Projektbericht sein.
