Where to get David Bradley's northern Lisu dictionary

Dear subscribers,

I'm a sociocultural anthropologist who works on the Nusu of the
Salween (Nujiang) Gorge, in Southwest China.  Inevitably, I'm also
trying to pick up some Lisu, which is the major language in that part
of the world.

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could buy a copy of David
Bradley's northern Lisu dictionary, published in 1994 by ANU?  It
appears to be out of print.
