[Tibeto-burman-linguistics] Tangkhul Grammar by Pettigrew

Hello, 
I was wondering if anyone knows where I can read the Tangkhul Grammar by Pettigrew? I'm hoping to start a project on the Tangkhul variety spoken in Myanmar, so if anyone has any leads, or references, they would be greatly appreciated!
