Many thanks to Pascal and others who supplied these articles, and for one colleague who kindly reminded me that sci-hub hosts a huge number of published versions of linguistics articles, including these. Not that we're necessarily recommending its use. ;)

Unfortunately, we (at Sydney) are only able to access LTBA after a 5-year waiting period, and Paris-Diderot apparently has no access at all.
