I'm happy to announce/congratulate Yulou Zhou on the recent completion of his honors thesis, a reconstruction of Proto-Bizic (=Tujia)!

In this study, Yulou (cc'd) reconstructs the phonology of Proto-Bizic using six data points from Northern and Southern Tujia. He also discusses the genetic affiliation of Bizic, especially in relation to Qiangic and Lolo-Burmese.
