[Tibeto-burman-linguistics] Keyboards for Northern Qiang and Chungli Ao naga

Dear colleagues,

I am happy to announce that as of today you can use predictive keyboards for "Northern Qiang (Qugu) / Rrmea" and "Ao / Chungli Ao Naga" inside of Microsoft SwiftKey. If you know speakers of either of these languages please let them know about this.

Also, if you work with a language community that doesn't yet have a mobile phone predictive keyboard. I am very happy to work with you to develop one.
