for discussing issues related to linguistic fieldwork in
South Asia, focussing on the challenges as well as
contributions of fieldwork to descriptive linguistics.
This includes fieldwork methods designed to illustrate
complex descriptive problems, convey socio-culturally
anchored concepts, and empirically test theories.<br>
