<div dir="ltr"><div>FYI</div><div><br></div><div>The People's Linguistic Survey of India (PLSI) plans to publish a volume on all the languages spoken in each state of India. Most of the states have been published, I believe Himachal also. While we may not consider the materials 'linguistic' there is a considerable amount of information that could be useful.
