This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, typology, documentation, including field reports and empirically-based ethnographic studies, and language technology/computational linguistics. We also welcome submissions from other fields (such as history, archaeology, ethnobotany, genetics and anthropology) which can relate to the history and development of Himalayan languages.
