This book presents the first comprehensive grammatical description of Pangkhua, a previously understudied Tibeto-Burman language spoken by the indigenous Pangkhua community in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh. The work explores the phonological, morphological,
syntactic, and discourse structures of the language and documents both its linguistic complexity and cultural significance.

Drawing on extensive fieldwork, A Grammar of Pangkhua contributes to the broader understanding of South Asian languages and highlights the importance of preserving lesser-documented languages, many of which are endangered. The volume will be an essential
resource for scholars of typology, historical and comparative Tibeto-Burman linguistics, and anyone interested in the languages of South Asia.
