Now I have grasped your problem a bit more clearly.

In order to receive more responses, you should perhaps present the
issues (pp.2-4) in a less technical and more friendly form. It is not
very enjoyable to have verbal expressions of "issues", character names
and visualizations of glyphs on separate pages. Fear of referring back
and forth all the time may alienate potential supporters away from the
discussion :-)

You should also take some measures to involve senior members of the
Finno-Ugric linguistics community in the discussion too. I mean those
who make heavy use of FUPA in word processing without active access to
the Internet.
