Dear colleagues,

  I have uploaded a Web version of a bibliography on Russia's 53
  minority languages at URL:

  http://www.tooyoo.l.u-tokyo.ac.jp/Russia/bibl/index.html

The bibliography, which contains hundreds of titles of
  schoolbooks, dictionaries, grammars, descriptive studies,
etc. on Caucasian, Uralic, Paleoasiatic and Altaic
languages, is a bunch of UTF-8-encoded HTML documents.

Index pages are provided in English as well as in Japanese.

Comments, suggestions, and/or criticisms from specialists
in these languages are highly appreciated.

  Thank you in advance.
