Dear All,

at the University of Vienna, a visiting professor's post in Finno-Ugric studies is announced for the winter term 2012/13 (October 2012 – January 2013). The tasks will include teaching 8 hours a week, including an obligatory course in comparative-historical Uralic phonology and an introduction into Finnic linguistics.  A good knowledge of German is an asset. For further details please feel free to contact me: johanna.laakso at univie.ac.at .

- CV and list of publications
- list of lectures/papers presented, and more detailed information about invited keynote speeches at international conferences
- short description of current research interests and research plans
- information about externally funded projects
- short description of the applicant's foci in academic teaching and information about dissertations supervised.
