substrate studies. </span></div>
<div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(43, 43, 43); line-height: 17px; ">The focus is on languages and language groups primarily situated in Northern Europe: Germanic, Celtic, and Balto-Slavic within Indo-European,
and Saami, Finnic, Mordvin, Mari, and Permic within Uralic. </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(43, 43, 43); line-height: 17px; ">Contributors are encouraged to draw data and examples from these languages, but the primary aim of each paper
should be to make a methodological contribution.</span></div>
