Bewerbungsvoraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Promotion in finnischer Sprach- oder Literaturwissenschaft sowie ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des Finnischen und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Kenntnis des Polnischen wird nicht vorausgesetzt. Die Lehrverpflichtung beträgt 210 Kontaktstunden im Jahr, das entspricht 7 Veranstaltungen à 2 SWS. Erwartet werden einschlägige Publikationen und Forschungsprojekte (laufend oder geplant), Erfahrung in der Einwerbung von Drittmitteln, Interesse an einer Habilitation, Interesse an lokaler und internationaler Zusammenarbeit, etc.</p><p class="">Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, wird aber bei Eignung und Neigung verlängert und bietet eine längerfristige Perspektive. Das Gehalt liegt unter dem in Westeuropa gewohnten.
