</b><span style="">Meeting
Description:</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<span style="">The
International Conference on the Structure of Hungarian is a
meeting organized biannually for linguists working on or
having an interest in any linguistically relevant synchronic
or diachronic aspect of the Hungarian language, approached
from theoretical and empirical perspectives. </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<span style="">The 16th
ICSH conference will be hosted by Graz University on 28-29
June 2023 at the University of Graz. ICSH 16 will be
accompanied by a special Workshop on Finiteness, Clause Types,
and Cartography (FCTC2023), to be hosted at the same venue on
30 June.</span></div>

<span style="">3rd and
final Call for Papers: </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<span style="">Abstracts
are solicited for presentations that make a contribution to
our understanding of the structure of Hungarian and linguistic
theory, including any synchronic or diachronic aspect of
syntax and morphology, phonology and phonetics, semantics and
pragmatics, as well as their interfaces. Both theoretically
and empirically oriented submissions are welcome, including
experimental, psycholinguistic and corpus-linguistic
treatments of linguistic issues of theoretical relevance.
Submissions that analyze Hungarian data from a comparative
cross-linguistic perspective are particularly encouraged. </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<span style="">The main
session will consist of 30-minute talks (excluding Q&A),
and a few short, 15-minute talks are also planned. </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<span style="">Submissions
will be considered by default for 30-minute talks, unless
otherwise indicated during the submission process. </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<span style="">Student
poster session: </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<span style="">This
year in addition to the main session, the ICSH will also
include a special poster session for students. While the main
session is open to submission by anyone, the poster session is
limited to contributions by students. Accordingly, a
student-authored abstract can be considered either for the
special poster session or for the main session, or for both, a
choice to be indicated during the submission process. </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
<span style="">Anonymous,
maximally two-page abstracts including examples/illustrations
and references (with one-inch/2.5cm margins all around, in a
font no smaller than 12pt) should be submitted in .pdf format
via EasyChair: </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
